- 3/4 cup Tomato juice
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 2 cups Brown rice, instant
- 1 cup Grape tomatoes, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup Canadian Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Bold 3 Pepper Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
