Glazed Coho Salmon
Ingredients
2 lbs Coho salmon fillet
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce or teriyaki
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Add the salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Discard marinade and grill salmon about 6 minutes per side.
